SHORT AND SWEET POST TODAY WITH A VIDEO OF THE WOD. I HIT 455# DEADLIFT FOR AN EASY 2, THINK I COULD HAVE GOTTEN 2 MORE BUT THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE NASTY. PRESSED 165# FOR 5, DEFINITLEY THE MOST IVE EVER GOT FOR 5. THE WOD WAS NASTY! SUPER HEAVY AND A LUNG BLEEDER. I REALLY LIKED THIS WOD, IT WAS FUN TO GET OUTSIDE AND DO SOMETHING A LITTLE DIFFERENT.
