Ok, so here it is, my training blog.  ive been asked a lot in the past what i do to prepare for competition, and how my year around training looks. a lot of what i do is what we post on our website,, but more times than not i am doing something extra or something completely different.  so with this blog i will be posting my daily training, my times and numbers, how each workout felt, what i feel is working and what i feel is not working. just a warning i am horrible at spelling and definitely dont consider myself a writer so bare with me...enjoy!
